Actors Sunny Deol and Amrita Rao unveiled the first look of their upcoming film ‘Singh Saab The Great’ in Mumbai, on Thursday. 

Interacting with the media, Sunny Deol said: “Hello, everyone. I am down with viral and not feeling too good. Am sure that is visible on my face. Anyway it has been a great day for us because we all have worked really hard on this film.” 

He added: “Though we work hard for every film, this is a very dear film to me and the whole unit over here.”

SINGH SAAB THE GREAT

Bollywood’s much revered hulk Sunny Deol is back to his Gadar self in director Anil Sharma’s upcoming film Singh Saab The Great. 

The proud Punjabi kicks up a lot of dust in the first teaser of the movie, unveiled by Sunny Deol himself, along with actresses Amrita Rao and Urvashi Rautela in Mumbai on Thursday (see photos here). 

In the teaser Sunny Deol makes a high-flying entry on a bike and faces a pack of gundas. Holding a sword in each hand, he spouts, “Guru Govind Singh ji ne kaha hai, paapiyon se vinti karo, samjhao, agar woh phir bhi na maane, toh sabki bhalai ke liye, talwar utha lo”. 

But with that dhai kilo ka haath more than needful, the talwar can be kept away, right? 

So Sunny Deol pulverizes the bad guys with some hefty punches, hefty enough to send them flying in the air.

Singh Saab The Great marks the coming together of Sunny Deol and director Anil Sharma for the fourth time after films like Gadar, Hero: Love Story of a Spy, The and Apne. 

The movie stars Prakash Raj as the villain. It has music by Sonu Nigam and Anand Raj Anand. 

Singh Saab The Great is slated to release on November 22 this year.

Scorsese's longtime editor Thelma Schoonmaker confessed that the film would be shot digitally instead of on film. Scorsese, who had been a proponent of shooting on film, decided to shoot Hugo digitally because it was being filmed in 3D; however, The Wolf of Wall Street will be shot digitally despite being filmed in 2D. Schoonmaker expressed her disappointment with the decision, saying, "It would appear that we've lost the battle. I think Marty just feels it's unfortunately over, and there's been no bigger champion of film than him.

On September 25, it was announced that The Wolf of Wall Street would be pushed back to an unspecified release date. It remains unclear whether the film will continue with its 2013 release or be pushed back to 2014

Development of Thor: The Dark World began in April 2011, when producer Kevin Feige announced plans for a sequel to follow the crossover film Marvel's The Avengers. In July 2011, Kenneth Branagh, the director of Thor, withdrew from the project. Brian Kirk and Patty Jenkins were considered to direct the film before Taylor was hired in January 2012.

The two studios hired Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark playwright Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa to write a screenplay that delivers "a more faithful adaption" of King's novel—Aguirre-Sacasa previously adapted King’s work The Stand into a comic book in 2008.

Upon hearing of the new adaptation, King remarked, "The real question is why, when the original was so good?" He also suggested Lindsay Lohan for the main role and stated that "it [the film] would certainly be fun to cast".Actress Sissy Spacek, who played Carrie in de Palma's adaptation, expressed an opinion on the choice of Lohan for the character of Carrie White, stating that she "was like, 'Oh my God, she's really a beautiful girl' and so I was very flattered that they were casting someone to look like me instead of the real Carrie described in the book.

 It's gonna be real interesting." In March 2012, the role of Carrie White was offered to Chloë Grace Moretz, who accepted the role.

Kimberly Peirce is the film's director, while Moore stars as Margaret White and Gabriella Wilde appears in the role of Sue Snell. Sony held a "First Look" event at the New York Comic Con on October 13, 2012 that allowed attendees to view the film prior to the release date. The event was followed by a panel session with several members of the cast and crew.

The first schedule of indoor shooting started with Rajinikanth's base actions being filmed as per the motion capturing norms.

The film was launched with a formal puja on 19 January 2012 at the Ganesha temple located inside AVM Studios in Vadapalani, Chennai.First-look posters of the film were released on 5 February 2012. The first schedule of the film shooting began on in Chennai on 15 March 2012, post this, the team was off to London along with the lead actor Rajinikanth to continue the first schedule. In course of the schedule for 20 days in London shooting along with Soundarya and Ravikumar, Rajinikanth claimed the film may release on Diwali 2012. After completing the first schedule of the film in London, Rajinikanth returned to Chennai on 2 April 2012 and the next schedule of the film shooting was planned in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Soundarya roped in Saroj Khan, Raju Sundaram, Chinni Prakash and his wife, and Shobi to choreograph the songs. Rajinikanth's hairstyle in the film is said to be inspired from his earlier look in Thalapathi (1991). Reports claimed that the film would feature late actors like Nagesh, P. S. Veerappa, M. N. Nambiar, S. A. Ashokan, and R. S. Manohar recreated through sophisticated animation techniques, although it was later revealed that only Nagesh was recreated for the film. According to Soundarya, "The biggest triumph for Kochadaiiyaan was bringing back late comedy actor Nagesh to the screen."

The second schedule of the film was shot in Thiruvananthapuram at Chitranjali studio and Vismayas Max studio.The second schedule was completed on 30 April 2012. A sizzling romantic number choreographed by Saroj Khan featuring the leading duo was filmed in early May 2012 as a part of second schedule. It was said that the entire film shooting would be completed in the second schedule itself and the post-production work would begin. However, the team was off with the lead actor to Hong Kong for the third schedule of the film on 12 May 2012 where some crucial scenes and combat scenes featuring the lead actor and the antagonist were shot at the State of the Arts Gallery studio.

 Since the film was shot using performance capture technology, 48 cameras were used to shoot each and every scene. The 48 cameras captured performance of artistes' at 48 angles. Kochadaiiyaan was equipped with Auro 3D sound technology, becoming the third Indian film to do so As per reports, due to involvement of extensive graphics, four separate teams from Chennai to London were also working on the film. On 20 February 2013 the director announced through Twitter that Kochadaiiyaan was in the process of being finalized. On 28 February 2013 the final edited version of the film was viewed by the director, writer and the lead actor along with handful crew members. Although reports of November 2012 suggested that lead actress Deepika Padukone would dub her own voice for the Tamil version,[80] it was later announced that she would dub only for the Hindi version as the makers of the film felt that the film's "chaste Tamil" would be a "tad difficult for her".
In June 2013, Soundarya announced that the film would feature a fight sequence "in the middle of the ocean", where Rajinikanth's character would be fighting dolphins.The dubbing for the film's Telugu version Vikramasimha began on 25 August 2013.

Dhoom 3 (English: Blast 3) is an upcoming Hindi action thriller film, written and directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and produced by Aditya Chopra. It will be the third installment of the popular Dhoom series.

On 2 January 2011, the producer of the previous Dhoom films, Aditya Chopra confirmed that the third installment of the Dhoom series would begin principal photography at the end of 2011. Initially, the producers and the lead actor Aamir wanted to release the film on Christmas of 2012, but the plan was scrapped in favor of an early release date in 2013, mainly due to a forecast that a Christmas release would force a rushed post-production schedule, which was unfavorable given the high degree of technicality required for the film.


Aamir was signed on to essay the lead role and the antagonist, while Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra will reprise their roles as police officers. Katrina Kaif was signed as the lead heroine, starring opposite Khan. Khan and Kaif took up special preparations for their roles. Khan reportedly learnt ballet,aerobatics and French technique of parkour,a method of movement focused on negotiating obstacles with speed and efficiency, while Kaif took paragliding training and singing lessons. While Bachchan reportedly lost nine kilos of weight to prepare for his role in the film.

Rimi Sen, who played the role of ACP Dixit's wife in the previous two installments of Dhoom series, was not approached to play her character Sweety. However, in an interview she stated that she wouldn't have done the role even if she were offered. Dhoom 3 will be directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya who is the writer of all three Dhoom films replacing Sanjay Gadhvi who directed the first two franchise of Dhoom.[10] Stunt Director Olliver Keller was signed to direct the stunt scenes.

Filming was supposed to commence from November 2011, with scenes involving Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra being filmed first, but lead actor Bachchan went on a paternity leave and shooting was eventually postponed to January 2012. In January 2012, the schedule was pushed to June 2012 because of lead actor Aamir's prior commitments with his TV show Satyamev Jayate and again in June the filming schedule was further postponed for a month because Khan wanted to prepare himself for his role of a gymnast. Additionally, Khan wanted to concentrate on marketing and promotions of his 2012 film Talaash. Without any further delays, filming commenced with Jackie Shroff and the child artist, playing the role of childhood Aamir Khan on 8 June 2012 at Yash Raj Studios, Mumbai. Aamir Khan joined the filming in July and filmed for only 5 days at Yash Raj Studios and, then in Chicago, U.S.A.. Aamir Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Uday Chopra flew to the U.S. on 4 August 2012 to complete a 3 month schedule. On arrival to India in December 2012, Bachchan stated that the shooting was complete by fifty percent and would resume again, in Mumbai.[21] In the second week of march, 2013, it was reported that the crew went to Zurich and Ticino of Switzerland for filming. 

The shooting for the film finally wrapped up on 14 September 2013 at a suburban studio in Mumbai with the presence of Aamir Khan & the director of the film. The entire unit of the film shared an emotional moment after the last scene for the film. An industry insider revealed,“Aamir was the only actor from the lead cast who was present at a suburban studio for the final shoot. As Victor (Vijay Krishna Acharya, director) was shooting the last scene, the atmosphere got extremely emotional. After it got over, there was a round of applause that didn't stop for almost 10 minutes. Everyone got extremely teary-eyed.”

Reportedly, Aditya Chopra, wanted to make the film in 3D. After observing the success of Haunted 3D, India's first film in the new 3D technology, the Yash Raj Studios felt that Indian audiences have opened up to 3D cinema viewing. However, actor Aamir Khan opined that the 3D technology needed expertise and perhaps he was unsure of the outcome of its utilization by the director. As of September 2012, YRF studios hasn't announced the production of the film in 3D.
IMAX Corporation and Yash Raj Films announced that Dhoom:3 will be the first Indian local language production to be released in the IMAX format. The film will be digitally remastered in the IMAX format with proprietary IMAX DMR® (Digital Re-mastering) technology and will be released in IMAX theaters across India and select global locations. IMAX Corp currently has 14 IMAX theaters open or contracted to open in India. IMAX Filmed Entertainment chairman and president Greg Foster stated, "With its riveting action set pieces, global locales and stunning visuals, Dhoom:3 is an ideal film to take advantage of our immersive format as we begin our initiative with Indian-language/Bollywood films
